We work on projects from 3,000 sq. ft. upwards. For fitouts below this size we typically refer you to specialist partners. For turnkey builds our sweet spot is 20,000 sq. ft. and above.
A standard 10,000 sq. ft. Category B office fitout takes 10 to 14 weeks. Larger or more complex projects vary. We provide a detailed programme at the BOQ stage, before any work begins, so you know exactly what to plan around.
On a fixed-contract basis with a detailed bill of quantities. This protects you from scope creep. All changes go through a formal variation order, so there are no surprise bills at the end.
Yes. Our in-house liaison team manages all municipal approvals, environmental clearances, and occupancy certificates as part of the turnkey scope. You do not need to coordinate with authorities yourself.
Currently AVS operates exclusively across Delhi NCR. This focus allows us to maintain the site management standards and response times our clients rely on.
All projects come with a 12-month defect liability period from handover. Any defect arising from workmanship or materials is rectified at zero cost with a 48-hour response, no exceptions.
